The dinner will be served to you in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the season and weather from 7:30 p.m.
We will make you discover the regional flavours, for example : ham and vinegar from Reims, the pink Champagne lentils and the famous pink biscuits to be eaten with a glass of champagne or which are a nice ingredient in various local pastries.
Dinner (table d’hôte) upon reservation only: Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.
